We are available for check-in between 15:00 and 17:00.
Other times are only possible by prior arrangement.
A key safe is available for arrivals after 17:00. This is located to the right of the reception entrance (directly by the window). Please ask for the current day code by telephone or e-mail at the earliest the day before your arrival.
If you would like to arrive before 15:00, you have the option of booking an early check-in from 10:00, subject to availability. This option can be booked at the earliest 3 days before arrival.
Unfortunately, this option is not available on Mondays!
What are the departure times?
On weekdays we ask you to depart by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, on Sundays by 15:00 p.m.
Subject to availability, you have the option of booking a late check-out and can then use the accommodation until 15:00. This option can be booked at the earliest 3 days before departure.
Unfortunately, this option is not available on Fridays!
Are bed linen and towels included in the price of my accommodation?
The beds in the flats are already made for you and hand and bath towels are provided.
If you have booked a holiday home, you have the choice of bringing your own bed linen and towels or hiring them from us for a fee. There are plenty of blankets and pillows available in the holiday homes.
Is breakfast included?
No, we do not offer a breakfast service.
All accommodation is equipped with kitchens/kitchenettes for self-catering.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
Your task is to dispose of the rubbish in the appropriate bins outside the house before departure, to put the crockery in the cupboard and to leave the accommodation swept clean. If you fulfil these requests, you will not incur any costs and our staff will take care of the rest.
What does it cost if I have to cancel my accommodation?
Our cancellation fees:
- from the 28th day before arrival 10% of the rental price,
- 20% of the rental price from the 20th day before arrival,
- from the 13th day before arrival 30% of the rental price,
- from the 6th day before arrival 50% of the rental price,
- in the event of a no show, 90% of the rental price will be charged.
Can I go swimming in the Kreidesee?
No - the Kreidesee is purely for diving.
There is a swimming pool in the village as well as outdoor pools and bathing lakes in the surrounding area.
Can I also book the dives with you?
No, please discuss everything to do with diving directly with the diving centre.
