Travel and payment conditions


Occupancy of the rented residential units

The accommodation unit may not be occupied by a larger number of persons than specified at the time of booking without special agreement. Any deviations must be approved by HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG must be approved. A guest list must be submitted up to one week before arrival.

Arrival and departure

Arrival must take place between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the arrival takes place at a later time, the guest must coordinate this with HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG in good time before arrival. Departure must take place by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

Inventory

The contract covers the stay in the agreed accommodation unit with furniture according to the list provided. HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG is not responsible for any defects or deficiencies in the inventory and furnishings. It is the guest's responsibility to inform the local management of any defects and faults when moving in. During the stay, the guest is responsible for the inventory. Before departure, any damage must be settled directly with the management on site.

Rent payments

A deposit of € 100.00 per vacation home or apartment must be paid immediately after booking and issue of the booking confirmation. The final payment must be received by HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG at the latest 3 weeks before the start of the holiday. In the case of later payments, HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation by the traveler

HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to a flat-rate cancellation fee in the event that the customer withdraws from the travel contract or does not start the trip or stay. These amount to a percentage of the agreed total price for vacation homes and apartments (per accommodation unit):

  • - from the 28th day before arrival 10% of the rental price
  • - from the 20th day before arrival 20% of the rental price
  • - from the 13th day before arrival 30% of the rental price
  • - from the 6th day before arrival 50% of the rental price
  • - for a no show 90% of the rental price

By law, the customer has the option of proving that no damage was incurred or that the amount of damage was lower.
HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG expressly draws the guests' attention to the advisability of taking out travel cancellation insurance for this risk at their own expense.

Liability

HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG is only an agency and intermediary for the landlord and accepts no responsibility for any changes. HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG accepts no responsibility for damage to persons or property or other irregularities that may occur during the rental period. In the event of war, strike or similar compelling circumstances, HGF Hemmoorer Grundstücks- und Freizeit GmbH & Co. KG may terminate the contract without notice.

Complaints

Any complaints must be addressed to the landlord immediately. In order to ensure that claims are processed as correctly as possible, they must be submitted to the landlord no later than one month after the agreed or actual departure.
